By using Hyper Loop Game, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Gameplay & Pro Mode

• Pro Mode: Players can unlock "Pro Mode" by achieving a score of 200+ points.
• Prizes: Any prizes offered through Pro Mode are subject to availability and specific contest rules. We reserve the right to verify scores to prevent cheating.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or cheats to manipulate high scores.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the game code or assets.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the database (Supabase) or analytics.

4. Intellectual Property

All game assets, including the "Hyper Loop Game" name, logo, and custom icons, are the property of Hyper Loop Game. You may not use them for commercial purposes without express permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hyper Loop Game is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or hardware issues resulting from the use of the game.

Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 2026 Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it to provide the best gaming experience.

1. Information We Collect

We collect limited information to facilitate gameplay and leaderboards:

• User Profiles: If you sign up, we store your email, username, and high scores via Supabase.
• Location Data: We use ipapi.co to determine your approximate city-level location. This is used solely for the "City Leaderboard" feature. We do not store your exact GPS coordinates.
• Preferences: We store your chosen language and country flag ball preference.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following services to run the game:

• Supabase: Our database provider for storing user accounts and scores.
• Umami Analytics: A privacy-focused analytics tool. We do not use "cookies" for tracking, and we do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) through Umami.
• ipapi.co: Used for rough geolocation based on your IP address.
• CDNs (Tailwind/Tone.js): We load design and sound libraries via Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) which may log your IP address as part of a standard technical request.

3. Data Usage

We use your data to:

• Maintain the global and city-wide leaderboards.
• Save your progress and unlocked items.
• Analyze game performance (anonymously).

4. Data Retention

You may request the deletion of your account and associated score data at any time by contacting us through the website.

5. Children’s Privacy

Hyper Loop Game does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
